that was great. it was soft and gentle, i really liked the catching up in the first part... though the sex was HAWT! i liked that they established who they are now, who they've become... like meeting up with your old college roomie after a few years, that connection that you had while living in each other's pockets never really goes away, and i think that you captured that perfectly.
but then the end... you just ripped me open and left me bleeding... i'm happy for Jack and Daniel, but i'm conflicted as to what to feel for the elder Jack... i just want to hug him, and hand him his own Daniel.
so it was great, but i'm not sure if i "loved" it... i think i'll know better once the bleeding has stopped.
