Wow. Yes, that boggles the mind. I wonder, how did they actually FIND this hole? Hopefully, not by anything too damaging!

My flight out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was delayed Thursday because one of the earlier jets on the south runway had hit a wild turkey. Fortunately, the plane took off okay, but apparently there was enough....stuff....left on the runway that we and the six other planes in our lineup had to trundle on over to the east runway. Glad I missed the view of the...debris.
