So

I did that 'how wierd are you?' meme and the answer basically came out, 'duh! Ditchwater, baybee!'

Which got my wild up and I immediately thought, 'Ill show you, LJ..' while I shook my fist in the air...

Dolls' houses are one of my 'things'. Love 'em, am busy building one and making all the little bitty things that make a dolls' house a dolls' home. My house, of *course*, is occupied by a couple of guys. These guys, of *course*, have a shoebox tucked at the back of the wardrobe. Here are the contents (penny added for scale, and it's roughly the same size as a US penny):

The black one is for when they're feeling particularly ambitious LOL

Read, weep, and inwardly digest, LJ! Then get back to me and tell me I'm dull as ditchwater...

It is indeed amazing what you are able to make out of good ol' FIMO. I only have managed a ketchup and mustard bottle plus WACKO-face on a plate so far. If you don't yet know the pictures we did about the episode "Window of opportunity", you can find them here:

Actually, my stuff is called Suralin, and it's back from my childhood days in Eastern Germany. I imagine you need a sharp eye and a steady hand (and the right ideas of course!) to pull off something like yours, very well done! If there was no scale one could think it's the real thing.

You see me truly fascinated!

ROFL! Your WoO scenes are *brilliant*! And Sam making snow angels is totally cracking me up ;-)

I'm totally flattered by your 'real thing' comment: but actually, fimo is very easy to work with, and butt plus are a *very* easy shape *g* - just a ball rolled off-centre to make a cone and the neck and flange added after. Try it! You know you want to... LOL
